Acceptance
By accessing PSX Stock Analyzer or purchasing PSX Pro, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Service Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Free and Paid Services
PSX Stock Analyzer provides free educational features and a paid digital subscription called PSX Pro. PSX Pro is offered as a monthly plan for PKR 500 and an annual plan for PKR 5,000. It includes the services listed on our Pricing and Services page.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activities performed through your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Subscription and Billing
PSX Pro is available in monthly and annual billing periods. The applicable amount and billing period are shown before payment and on your receipt. Access is activated after payment is confirmed.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally does not end access during an already-paid period. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Digital Delivery
PSX Pro is delivered online after confirmed payment and requires an account and internet connection. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery details are provided in our Service Delivery Policy.
Not Financial Advice
PSX Stock Analyzer and PSX Pro are educational and informational tools only. Nothing on the website is financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or brokerage advice. Automated analysis, rankings, alerts, valuation outputs, and comparisons are not personalized recommendations.
Investment Risk
You are solely responsible for investment decisions. Stock investing can result in partial or total loss. Past performance, dividends, valuation estimates, and historical financial results do not guarantee future returns.
Data Accuracy and Availability
Information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate because it comes from third parties including PSX Data Portal, company reports, and Yahoo Finance. You must verify important information using official filings, your broker, or a qualified professional before acting.
Acceptable Use
You may not share account access, resell the service, scrape or systematically copy protected data, bypass access controls, interfere with site operation, test stolen payment credentials, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Third-Party Services
Authentication, hosting, market data, email, advertising, and payments may rely on third parties. We are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or errors caused by services outside our reasonable control.
No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and investment outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PSX Stock Analyzer and its operators are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, indirect damages, third-party data errors, or decisions based on information displayed by the service.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, payment failure, account sharing, abuse, security threats, or violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
Changes
We may update features, prices, or these terms. Material subscription changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated through the website or account email where reasonably required.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
