Overview
PSX Stock Analyzer ("we", "our", or "the service") provides free educational stock analysis and the paid PSX Pro digital subscription. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use psxstocksanalyzer.com.
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name if provided, authentication information managed by our authentication provider, and account creation date. We use this information to authenticate you, operate your account, deliver premium access, and provide account support.
Information You Save
Features may store information you choose to enter, including portfolio trades, dividend settings, saved screener picks, and premium preferences. Do not enter broker passwords, bank credentials, CNIC numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Payments
Payments may be made by bank transfer or through a disclosed payment provider. We may receive and store payment status, amount, currency, transaction reference, subscription status, billing period, and receipt information. We do not receive or store your bank password or payment OTP.
Contact and Feedback
If you use our Contact form, we collect the name, email address, category, and message you submit. We use this information to reply, investigate issues, and improve the service.
Stock and Usage Data
We retrieve stock and company information from third-party market data sources. We may cache market data and maintain technical logs needed for performance, reliability, security, and abuse prevention. Saved account features are retained until deleted or the account is closed, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, account sessions, security, and site preferences. Meta Pixel, Google AdSense, and other approved analytics or advertising services may use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, registrations, checkout activity, and advertising performance. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser and provider settings.
Advertising Measurement
We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising results. For verified subscription payments, we may send Meta the purchase amount, currency, time, and cryptographically hashed identifiers such as email, name, and internal account ID. We do not send portfolio holdings, passwords, or bank credentials to Meta.
Service Providers
We use third parties to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel and Railway for hosting, disclosed payment providers, Meta and Google services for advertising measurement, and PSX Data Portal and Yahoo Finance for market information. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure the service, activate and manage subscriptions, issue receipts, send requested account or dividend notifications, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, measure advertising performance, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Data Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, database security policies, and restricted server credentials. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every threat.
Your Choices
You may request correction or deletion of account information, disable optional email alerts, remove saved portfolio or screener information, or cancel your subscription. Some transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Children's Privacy
The service is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly offer paid investment research tools to children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The revised policy will be published here with a new "Last updated" date.
