Service Delivery Policy

Digital Service Only
PSX Pro is delivered entirely online. We do not sell or deliver physical goods, so shipping charges, courier delivery, and physical returns do not apply.
Activation Time
Subscription access is normally activated after we confirm the payment and match it to your account payment code. In some cases, bank transfer verification or account matching may take up to 24 hours.
How Access Is Delivered
Premium access is linked to your PSX Stock Analyzer account. You must sign in using the same email address used during checkout. A payment confirmation or receipt is sent to that email address.
Subscription Period
The service is provided for the selected billing period: one month for the monthly plan or one year for the annual plan. The applicable billing period is shown on the payment receipt.
Service Requirements
You need a supported web browser, an internet connection, and an active account to use PSX Pro. Some tools depend on third-party market data providers and may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
Activation Problems
If payment was successful but premium access is not active within 24 hours, contact us with your account email and payment transaction reference through our Contact page.
