Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Subscription
PSX Pro is a digital subscription service priced at PKR 600 per month. It provides access to online stock research, screening, comparison, portfolio tracking, valuation, and alert tools. No physical product is sold or shipped.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is approved under this policy, access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first PSX Pro payment if you could not access the paid service or the service was materially different from its published description. Please include your account email, payment date, amount, and transaction reference with the request.
Renewal Payments
Monthly renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started. We may approve a renewal refund when a cancellation request was submitted before renewal but the account was charged due to a technical error.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
Confirmed duplicate payments or charges for an incorrect amount will be refunded in full. If a payment failed but your account was debited, the payment provider or issuing bank may automatically reverse it. Contact us if the amount is not reversed within 7 working days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for a change of mind after substantial use of the premium tools, investment losses, dissatisfaction with stock market performance, failure to cancel before a normal renewal, or temporary interruption caused by a user's device, internet connection, bank, payment provider, PSX, or another third-party data source.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Processing normally takes 7 to 10 working days after approval, but the final timing is controlled by the payment provider and your bank.
